Veterinary Assistant/Technician
Abbie has known she wanted to work in veterinary medicine from a young age. At just 15, she began shadowing her hometown veterinarian, solidifying a lifelong commitment to animal care and setting her on a clear professional path.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Veterinary Health Sciences with a minor in Chemistry from Lincoln Memorial University in 2024 and is currently pursuing a master’s degree with the goal of attending veterinary school and earning her DVM.
Abbie lives with her supportive family, boyfriend Nathaniel, and three beloved pets. Mongo, a spirited Doberman, enjoys truck rides and cheese treats; Hela, a rescued domestic shorthair, is her constant companion; and Pandora, a young Bengal, keeps the household lively. Outside of work and school, Abbie enjoys reading, hiking, baking, and spending time with loved ones.
